The Hogan family has just moved from London into a bungalow in East India. There are many new challenges that await them. Young Teddy is bullied by another boy from England who insists that he has become the king of this jungle and sees Teddy as a threat to his territory. Nag and his wife Nagaina are dangerous cobras who rule the garden through fear and they don’t want these humans and their heroic pet Mongoose, Rikki-Tikki-Tavi around. As the animal world and the human world intertwine, Teddy escapes into the daydream that Rikki is a super hero and learns a great deal about life death and courage.
